When will my eBook be sent to me?
Your e-book will be sent to the e-mail you used to checkout within 5 minutes of ordering! The download files will be linked within the e-mail at the bottom. In the unlikely instance that you do not receive your e-book within 5 minutes of your order, please e-mail support@thelifehacklibrary and we will make sure you receive it ASAP.
I didn't receive an email confirmation, what's going on?
If you didn’t receive any confirmation email from us it can only mean that you either mistyped your email (for example “gnail” instead of “gmail”, “gmail.con” instead of “gmail.com”) or used a secondary email and forgot about it. You can contact us with the correct full name you used in your order and we will gladly update your email address and re-send you your order confirmation/e-book download file(s) via email.
Is my information safe and secure?
Yes. Life Hack Library will NEVER share your information with any third party. Who is a third party? Well, the first party is you, and the second party is us. A third party is anyone other than us and you.
Can I share my digital products with someone?
All of our products are meant to be viewed by the person who purchases them only. You are free to share them among friends and family but rebranding, repackaging and reselling products purchased from us goes directly against our terms and conditions.
How does you membership club work?
The Life Hack Library Membership Club is designed for people who want to improve their life and grow their education on various topics every month. We handpick only the most powerful and effective e-books designed to immediately improve your life.
The membership costs $19.97 per month and can be canceled any time.
How do I cancel my membership club?
You may cancel your Life Hack Library Membership at any time by calling one of our customer service representatives at (505) 933-5517 or emailing support@thelifehacklibrary.com.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you can receive a refund up up to 30 days after your purchase or exchange it for an alternative product of the same value within 30 days. If you would like to initiate a refund or an exchange, please send us an email at support@thelifehacklibrary.com.
